HOW IT WORKS

A Smart Way to Create Multi-Axis Toolpaths

We partner with aibuild to deliver end-to-end slicing workflows designed for 5-axis desktop FFF. From surface oriented slicing to motion simulation, everything is optimised for our machine.

  1. Slice in aibuild
Import your model into aibuild's advanced multi-axis slicer, designed for complex surface oriented toolpath generation.
  2. Simulate & Optimise
Visualise toolpaths, check for collisions, and adjust parameters before you print.
  3. Print with Confidence
Send G-code directly to GenerationOne for precise, repeatable multi-axis prints.

APPLICATIONS

Built For Research & Production

Our 5-axis platform enables innovative methods of 3D printing for a variety of use cases.

Learning & Development

Experiment with multi-axis FFF processes before scaling to larger systems.

Conformal Printing

3D print onto curved objects and create surface effects like engraving, conformally printing electronic traces, repairing or upgrading printed components.

Non-planar printing

Increase strength and isotropic properties of printed parts with non-linear, layer aligned printing.

ADVANCED PRECISION ENGINEERING

Aerospace-Grade Engineering, Brought to the Desktop

Our roots are in advanced manufacturing research at the frontier of digital fabrication. Every structural element is computationally optimised for stiffness, weight and efficiency, not just aesthetics. Our registered frame design consolidates the entire machine into a four-part assembly, dramatically increasing global stiffness and, in turn, improving motion accuracy and precision at high speeds. This is the same class of methodology you'll find being researched at organisations like NASA. We actively contribute to industry research on this front, including an SAE International report on generative design applications in Automotive and Aerospace developed alongside NASA engineers.

ALWAYS-ON SUPPORT

Live support through WhatsApp, plus in-depth product guides

We understand how frustrating it can be when you're faced with an issue and can't get things going. That's why you can reach us directly on WhatsApp—send messages, videos, photos, or even call to get back up and printing faster.

For less-urgent enquiries, we maintain a full product wiki with in-depth guides on using the machine and troubleshooting issues, step by step.

FAQ

What teams ask us

We're lining up the first production batch run, aiming to ship initial units by the end of Q1 2026. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come basis.

No deposit on this form. We'll invoice you once your slot is confirmed.

Yes—add a note in the form and we'll send print samples or schedule a visit.

There are options to support filled filaments, such as PLA-CF or PETG-CF by using a hardened nozzle. However these nozzles are not currently available and will be sold separately.

The license included with this product will allow you to slice for our GenerationOne 5-axis machine. You can access additional systems in the aibuild slicer by purchasing a full aibuild software license, giving you access to advanced robotics and LFAM based solutions.

Licenses will be valid for a year from the date of activation. A yearly renewal fee will be payable upon expiration to continue using the aibuild slicer.

Yes, if you currently have a license to aibuild our machine will already be available to you.

Customers have full access to firmware files allowing you to develop custom scripts for 5-axis calibration routines, probing, motor speeds, etc... However, we cannot support every branch of the firmware, and will maintain only the Generative Machine Firmware with regular updates as we develop and improve the platform.
